The current newsletter of markt in GRÜN is also about the topic: Digitalisation changes the retail trade, resulting in supposed consequences and changes. The IFH has dealt with the different effects of digitalisation in the retail sector and has compiled six key trends or solutions. For example, as successful trading concepts of the future, strong brands with a profile in the channel-wide competition or even lasting customer loyalty systems will be mentioned.
